Well, looks like the rumors were true despite Apple’s repeated denials – OS X 10.5 “Leopard” will miss its Spring launch and has been pushed back until October.

All I have to say is that we better be getting a new interface now for sure. And that this better have nothing to do with Vista compatibility in Boot Camp as was previously reported.

Looks like Apple isn’t immune to the same recent launch problems that have plagued Microsoft and Sony…

[UPDATE]: Looks like Apple is officially blaming the iPhone for the delay. They had to redistribute team members to make sure that device would ship on time. Sounds like a convienient excuse to me.
