Also note that the area above the ‘All News’ but below the advertisements at the top of Digg is usually reserved for the newly invited and signed up member announcements – today it’s being used for something else…

Digg apparently really wants their users to know that they’re sorry. As I said before, it makes sense. For a few hours yesterday Digg seemed worried that lawsuits could bring about the end of their site – what they forgot was that the users of Digg are the site.
