According to a Press Release post on Think Secret right now, they have finally settled their lawsuit with Apple, but as a result will no longer be publishing!?

Nick Ciarelli, Think Secret’s publisher, says:

“I’m pleased to have reached this amicable settlement, and will now be able to move forward with my college studies and broader journalistic pursuits.”

Think Secret was of course once one of the hot sites for breaking Apple news, but since their lawsuit began in 2005, others have risen to take their place. If Apple has indeed run them out of business this is a sad day.
