Obama and YouTube. Just brilliant.
I already posted this up on VentureBeat, but this whole idea is just so brilliant that I want to spread it even more.
President-elect Obama is going to be giving weekly video address alongside the routine weekly radio addresses to the nation. The main difference with these video addresses is that all of them will be uploaded to YouTube where millions of people can easily watch them at any time on a wide range of devices.
Even if the tiniest fraction of YouTube users watch this video, it will alter the relationship of the people with the government. In no way can this be a bad thing, having more people hear what the President of our country is saying.
