IPhone Users Love the Device, but Hate Its Slowness – NYTimes.com »

Poor, poor AT&T. The iPhone is just so popular that they can’t handle the demand. What crap. Every single one of us are paying customers, many of us new to AT&T thanks to the iPhone.

You know, it occurs to me that when I signed my 2-year contract with AT&T, I agreed to pay them money in exchange for them providing me with a service. One of the two of us are living up to that contract…

MG, Please help me get the word out on my campaign. All owners of iPhone 3G and 3GS should be calling AT&T and demanding a 3 day refund on their messaging plan. If we (iPhone customers) can hit them in their wallets they're bound to take notice and maybe, just maybe, realize they need to provide us with the service we pay for.

Agree Agree and Agree AT&T service is too slow and in the last week in NY we were losing network at least 10 times per day in our apartment....$100 per month for that
  • It is incredible how bad AT&T is in New York. I just hope the Verizon iPhone rumors are true. If Apple releases the iPhone with Verizon I plan to switch immediately no matter the penalty.
  • It's only a matter of time before AT&T gets sued for false advertising. They can't keep claiming they're a phone company indefinitely...
