Will 90 percent of users always hate Windows 8?
Matt Baxter-Reynolds of ZDNet likes Windows 8, but acknowledges that most people don’t, and won’t. Why? Because they’re mainstream users who were using Windows precisely because it was familiar. Now that it’s not, goodbye.
This strikes me as exactly why innovators have dilemmas.
