BusinessWeek doesn’t actually have that many new details, but as far as I know, this hasn’t been so explicitly stated before:

Users will be able to store their entire music collections in the cloud—even if they obtained some songs illegally.

If that’s true, Apple wins. (At least until the others are forced to agree to exact same terms.)
