I’m still hearing Ohioans who are apologizing for him even today after his resignation. It’s unbelievable. Read this entire thing and it will be very clear what a total disingenuous slimeball Tressel is.

And this isn’t a one-year or one-incident thing. His jackassery spreads years (and decades if you count his nonsense at Youngstown State as well).

That Ohio State didn’t throw his ass out immediately — and that they let him resign — is a disgrace.

Remember When Tiger Woods Shot 18 UNDER Par To Win The Masters?

Tiger Woods concluded his worst event as a professional golfer on Sunday morning by shooting a 77 at the Bridgestone Invitational, capping a stunning week that saw him shoot 18-over par for four rounds and finish in a tie for 78th in an 80-player field.

Perhaps even crazier is that this was a course he has won at 7 times out of 11 appearances. And he’s never finished worse than fifth before.

With Garza’s no-hitter today, there have been 5 no-hitters this season. Even crazier is that this is only one fewer than the number of one-hitters this year, apparently. And one of those was Armando Galarraga’s (should-have-been) perfect game.

So it should be 6 no-hitters to 5 one-hitters this year. Crazy.
